TouristMap users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens after the request is processed.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your TouristMap account, please send a request from your registered email address to:

Please include the email address used to create your TouristMap account so we can identify and process your request.
What Happens After Your Request
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- Your access to account-based features will be removed
- Deletion is typically completed within 7 days after verification
- You may need to cancel any active premium subscription separately through Google Play
Premium Subscription Notice
If you have an active TouristMap premium subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.
To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription from:
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account-related information
- Email address associated with the account
- Name or profile details linked to the account
- User preferences and saved settings
- Search history and usage data linked to your account, where applicable
Data That May Be Retained
- Information required for legal compliance
- Security and fraud prevention records
- Purchase or subscription records managed by Google Play
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics data that does not identify you personally
Before Requesting Deletion
Please make sure you understand that account deletion is permanent. After deletion, account access, saved data, and related app preferences may not be recoverable.
